What Are BioBucks?

BioBucks are our way of giving back—rewarding you for investing in your health journey with us. They function like cash back, applied directly to your future orders.

Now, they work in a way that reflects that intention more clearly.

What’s Changed

A true cash back model

You now earn BioBucks on every order—and you can use them right away. No thresholds. No waiting to hit 100 points. No coupon codes.

• Apply them directly in checkout
• Up to $20 off per order

Seamless use for subscriptions

Subscription customers can now apply BioBucks directly to upcoming renewals from within their account portal.

No extra steps. No workarounds. Just a smoother flow that supports how you already manage your routine.

Use BioBucks on one-time purchases, too

Subscribers can also apply their BioBucks at checkout on one-time orders—giving you flexibility as your needs shift.

Earning structure remains intentional

• Subscriptions: 2x rewards ($1 back for every $10 spent)
• One-time purchases: $1 back for every $20 spent

This reflects our continued commitment to supporting consistency—because daily habits shape long-term outcomes.

A small but important reminder

When checking out, make sure you’re logged into your account using the same email tied to your past orders. You’ll also see a reminder in checkout so you don’t miss any available BioBucks.

Your Existing BioBucks Are Still Yours

Every BioBuck you earned in the previous system has been fully carried over and converted into this new cash back format.

A Note on Referrals & Affiliates

We’ve removed the referral reward component of the program.
