How Ideal Immunity® Works

Section Image

The strength of our immune system determines our overall state of health and is shaped by the condition of our gut microbiome. Seventy percent of the immune system is in the gut. Balanced and diverse bacteria in the gut benefits our body’s immunity, brain function, skin, and digestion. Ideal Immunity® targets the way the gut microbiome interacts with the immune system.

We are constantly being challenged by pathogens and environmental toxins that tax the body and impact our immune system. Strengthening the lining of the gut provides the critical immune barrier to keep you healthy.

This six-strain formula includes three keystone strains that are proprietary to us and work in harmony with the other strains to form a stable, sustainable community that allows the gut microbiome to produce the necessary metabolites to optimize the immune system. This formula was designed to help reduce the pathogen load, provide molecules to stimulate the immune system, reduce inflammation and produce antioxidants. Together, this special formula improves immune function and helps restore a healthy gut-microbiome.

By increasing the production of butyrate to protect the gut lining, Ideal Immunity® fortifies mucosal surfaces and adjusts pH to give your immune system the boost its craving.

Take 2 capsules per day. We recommend taking 1 in the morning and 1 around dinner time. Do not take if you are taking MAO or SSR inhibitors.

We believe in the transformative potential of Ideal Immunity® and want you to feel confident in giving it a try. That’s why we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with how you feel after using our product, simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase, and we’ll refund your full purchase price.

This is our way of supporting your health journey—so you can take this important step toward better wellness with confidence.

Suspended after 2 weeks because of constipation - please advise how to continue

I ordered 3 bottles of Sugar Shift for a 3-month program for my partner.

He stopped taking the capsules after the first 2 weeks because they were giving him constipation. My idea for him was to take OxyPowder to solve the constipation problem, but he did not want to risk potential diarrhea in case of overdosing OxyPowder.

Please advise how to best restart and continue, to get the full benefit.

    Hi Ingeborg,

Thank you so much for reaching out and for sharing what your partner experienced. We really appreciate you taking the time to let us know, and I'm sorry the first couple of weeks were uncomfortable for him.

First, I wanted to let you know that you'll be receiving a message from Martha, our founder, personally. She cares deeply about every customer's experience and wants to connect with you directly.

In the meantime, here are a couple of suggestions for restarting:

Cut back to one capsule a day. This gives his body time to become acquainted with the probiotics and adjust gradually. Once things feel settled, he can work back up from there.
Try warm water with a pinch of salt and a squeeze of lemon in the mornings as well. This is a gentle, simple way to help keep things moving, without the risk that comes with a stronger product like OxyPowder.

There's no rush with the program. Going slower at the start often helps people get the full benefit over time, and the remaining bottles will be right there when he's ready.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to info@biotiquest.com if you have any other questions.

    With Gratitude,
    Jack

    Starter culture got hardened.

Its not old. But maybe some moisture got in it? So I scrape what I need.

Also, can I take the starter culture powder straight up when I run out of yogurt? What's the difference between the two?

Can yiu send me a new bottle for free.?

    Hi Eve,

Thank you for reaching out! You can absolutely still use the starter culture even though it has hardened. Scraping out what you need works just fine.

Moisture is the most likely cause. The Sugar Shift® Starter Culture is pure probiotic with no fillers, so it's more sensitive to humidity than our other products. To help prevent clumping going forward:

Keep the desiccant packet in the jar at all times
Close the lid tightly right after each use
Store it in the refrigerator if you can, which also helps extend shelf life

And yes, you can take the starter culture directly when you run out of yogurt! You can mix the raw probiotic into water, sprinkle it over food, or add it to a smoothie. Whatever is easiest for you to consume works great.

For a replacement bottle, please email us at info@biotiquest.com with your order information and your request, and we'll take care of you from there.

    With Gratitude,
    Jack

    major change in digestion

I'm halfway through the 1st bottle of this bundle, ANTIBIOTIC ANTIDOTE, and I am very surprised at how well it has improved my digestion. I've had digestive issues (diarrhea and bloating due to histamine reactions) for years, and I am finally not having so many reactions and am actually digesting food better. Adding this probiotic is the only major change I have made recently.
