How Perfect Peace™ Works

Section Image

The Perfect Peace™ guild of carefully selected probiotic strains works in harmony to help your gut produce calming neurotransmitters — like serotonin and GABA — which naturally soothe the nervous system and support emotional balance. By nurturing this gut-brain dialogue, Perfect Peace™ helps ease the physical and mental tension that everyday stress can create.

These beneficial strains also help reduce disruptive byproducts in the gut that can cloud mental clarity and contribute to a sense of unease. Supporting a healthy gut lining and balanced microbiome means the body can better regulate stress responses, allowing you to feel calmer and more centered throughout the day.

What sets Perfect Peace™ apart is its targeted, science-backed blend of probiotic strains — a uniquely designed guild created to restore the gut’s role as a foundation for calm and resilience. It’s more than a probiotic; it’s a gentle, natural ally for navigating life’s stresses with greater ease.

We created Perfect Peace™ to help ease the weight that modern life places on the mind and body. Today’s world brings a constant stream of stressors — from busy schedules and digital overload to environmental pressures — all of which can quietly strain our gut-brain connection and tip us out of balance.

In our years of research, we’ve seen how deeply stress can disrupt the gut’s ability to support mood, sleep, and resilience. Perfect Peace™ was born out of a simple idea: nurture the gut as the source of calm, and the whole body feels the difference. This formula reflects our commitment to empower your health journey — restoring a sense of ease and steadiness in an often chaotic world.

Perfect Peace™ is more than just a probiotic, it’s a thoughtful breakthrough for nurturing calm and resilience through the gut-brain connection. While many probiotics aim only to add beneficial bacteria, Perfect Peace™ brings together a targeted guild of strains that actively support the production of calming neurotransmitters and protect the body from the hidden toll of everyday stress.

This multi-strain formulation not only encourages the gut to produce natural mood-balancing compounds like serotonin and GABA, but also:

  • Supports detoxification of disruptive gut byproducts that can amplify stress and cloud mental clarity.
  • Boosts short-chain fatty acids, like butyrate, which strengthen the gut lining and help regulate inflammatory pathways linked to mood imbalance.
  • Includes the amino acids tryptophan (a precursor to serotonin and melatonin), and tyrosine (a precursor to dopamine, norepinephrine, and epinephrine), supporting cognitive performance, mood, and stress response.

By restoring balance and diversity within your microbiome, Perfect Peace™ supports clearer thinking, more balanced mood, and a more restful mind. It’s not just about easing stress — it’s about transforming how your gut helps you feel calm, present, and resilient in a demanding world.

Take 2 capsules per day. We recommend taking 1 in the morning and 1 around dinner time. If you experience more daytime stress, both capsules can be taken in the morning if preferred.

We believe in the transformative potential of Perfect Peace™ and want you to feel confident in giving it a try. That’s why we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with how you feel after using our product, simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase, and we’ll refund your full purchase price. This is our way of supporting your health journey—so you can take this important step toward better wellness with confidence.

Suspended after 2 weeks because of constipation - please advise how to continue

I ordered 3 bottles of Sugar Shift for a 3-month program for my partner.

He stopped taking the capsules after the first 2 weeks because they were giving him constipation. My idea for him was to take OxyPowder to solve the constipation problem, but he did not want to risk potential diarrhea in case of overdosing OxyPowder.

Please advise how to best restart and continue, to get the full benefit.

    Hi Ingeborg,

Thank you so much for reaching out and for sharing what your partner experienced. We really appreciate you taking the time to let us know, and I'm sorry the first couple of weeks were uncomfortable for him.

First, I wanted to let you know that you'll be receiving a message from Martha, our founder, personally. She cares deeply about every customer's experience and wants to connect with you directly.

In the meantime, here are a couple of suggestions for restarting:

Cut back to one capsule a day. This gives his body time to become acquainted with the probiotics and adjust gradually. Once things feel settled, he can work back up from there.
Try warm water with a pinch of salt and a squeeze of lemon in the mornings as well. This is a gentle, simple way to help keep things moving, without the risk that comes with a stronger product like OxyPowder.

There's no rush with the program. Going slower at the start often helps people get the full benefit over time, and the remaining bottles will be right there when he's ready.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to info@biotiquest.com if you have any other questions.

    With Gratitude,
    Jack

    Starter culture got hardened.

Its not old. But maybe some moisture got in it? So I scrape what I need.

Also, can I take the starter culture powder straight up when I run out of yogurt? What's the difference between the two?

Can yiu send me a new bottle for free.?

    Hi Eve,

Thank you for reaching out! You can absolutely still use the starter culture even though it has hardened. Scraping out what you need works just fine.

Moisture is the most likely cause. The Sugar Shift® Starter Culture is pure probiotic with no fillers, so it's more sensitive to humidity than our other products. To help prevent clumping going forward:

Keep the desiccant packet in the jar at all times
Close the lid tightly right after each use
Store it in the refrigerator if you can, which also helps extend shelf life

And yes, you can take the starter culture directly when you run out of yogurt! You can mix the raw probiotic into water, sprinkle it over food, or add it to a smoothie. Whatever is easiest for you to consume works great.

For a replacement bottle, please email us at info@biotiquest.com with your order information and your request, and we'll take care of you from there.

    With Gratitude,
    Jack

Oura ring saw immediate change in stress

My oura ring had been telling me that I was in a highly stressed state even though I didn’t feel stressed for over 2 months straight and told me to focus on stress, and I tried multiple things to get my body to the restored state including breathwork, yoga, mouth tape, diet. After one night dose on Thursday night, the next morning and throughout the day , my body stayed OUT of the stressed zone and finally in restored.. It’s my 2nd day taking and so far it’s the same. My charts improved instantly. I take a lot of great supplements but this showed up in the data quickly.im impressed. I wish it weren’t sold out. When it comes back, I’m stocking up! Attaching oura data. See that it says I need to improve stress and look at Friday data!! Can’t make this up. Finally looks like on the bath to improved stress levels. Thank you.
