Order Acceptance

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Your credit card or other approved method of payment will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

Return Policy

If your refund request is outside of the 30-day guarantee, we are unable to issue a refund or offer credit. Additionally, if you cancel your subscription and reactivate that same subscription at a later date, you are no longer eligible for a refund. If you have a multiple bottle order and have requested for a full refund within the 30-day window you must return all additional bottles outside of the first bottle unopened to receive a full refund. If you are unable to return all additional bottles unopened, we are only able to issue a refund for the amount equal to one bottle. If your shipment is returned to sender, we will contact you within 30 days and offer to reship your order or issue a full refund.

Subscription Billing Terms

Your subscription will be automatically renewed for successive monthly periods and your payment method will automatically be charged for each successive monthly period at the then-current subscription rate until you cancel your monthly subscription renewal.
