    Suspended after 2 weeks because of constipation - please advise how to continue

    I ordered 3 bottles of Sugar Shift for a 3-month program for my partner.

    He stopped taking the capsules after the first 2 weeks because they were giving him constipation. My idea for him was to take OxyPowder to solve the constipation problem, but he did not want to risk potential diarrhea in case of overdosing OxyPowder.

    Please advise how to best restart and continue, to get the full benefit.

    In the meantime, here are a couple of suggestions for restarting:

    Cut back to one capsule a day. This gives his body time to become acquainted with the probiotics and adjust gradually. Once things feel settled, he can work back up from there.
    Try warm water with a pinch of salt and a squeeze of lemon in the mornings as well. This is a gentle, simple way to help keep things moving, without the risk that comes with a stronger product like OxyPowder.

    There's no rush with the program. Going slower at the start often helps people get the full benefit over time, and the remaining bottles will be right there when he's ready.

    Starter culture got hardened.

    Its not old. But maybe some moisture got in it? So I scrape what I need.

    Also, can I take the starter culture powder straight up when I run out of yogurt? What's the difference between the two?

    Can yiu send me a new bottle for free.?

    Thank you for reaching out! You can absolutely still use the starter culture even though it has hardened. Scraping out what you need works just fine.

    Moisture is the most likely cause. The Sugar Shift® Starter Culture is pure probiotic with no fillers, so it's more sensitive to humidity than our other products. To help prevent clumping going forward:

    Keep the desiccant packet in the jar at all times
    Close the lid tightly right after each use
    Store it in the refrigerator if you can, which also helps extend shelf life

    And yes, you can take the starter culture directly when you run out of yogurt! You can mix the raw probiotic into water, sprinkle it over food, or add it to a smoothie. Whatever is easiest for you to consume works great.

    major change in digestion

    I'm halfway through the 1st bottle of this bundle, ANTIBIOTIC ANTIDOTE, and I am very surprised at how well it has improved my digestion. I've had digestive issues (diarrhea and bloating due to histamine reactions) for years, and I am finally not having so many reactions and am actually digesting food better. Adding this probiotic is the only major change I have made recently.

    THEY NEVER SEND IT ON TIME.

    WE HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION AND IT IS ALWAYS LATE. THIS MONTH WE DIDNT EVEN GET IT AT ALL. SO WE ARE PAYING FULL PRICE FOR THE SUBCRIPTION AND WE DONT GET ANYTHING.
